Split Screen Experiment

Yesterday I experimented doing a few split screens to prepare myself for edit.  Touch footage that I  had worked on and tried to see if I could get some split screens.

The footage that I used was a piece that I had worked on, the Maya Dere homage piece.  THe split screens that I used were both the same shots as this was an experiment to see if it was possible to create a split screen.

To do the split screen I clicked on the footage and then clicked on the effects control panel, then on motion.  I then altered the scale to 50%, so that the footage was exactly half the screen.  I then altered the positioning and pushed it to the left hand side of the screen.  I then copied and pasted the clip and moved the copied onto the right hand side on the screen.
